Russell A. Morris received the call to preach at age twenty-one and has devoted his life to Christian ministry. His love for people is evident in both pastoral and personal relationships. Dr. Morris assumed the position of senior pastor at Harvest Hills Church on May 7, 2000. He also serves as district overseer for the Churches of God in Alamance County, and has served in several areas of denominational leadership. Dr. Morris’ expository method of preaching/teaching offers practical and relevant insight for living the Christian faith in a postmodern culture. Russell and Wanda reside in the Burlington area. They have one daughter, Nichole, who is married to Brian Squires; two granddaughters, Hope and Brianna; and a brown cocker spaniel, Titus.
